Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment instructions shown during checkout must be followed exactly.

We may refuse or cancel a booking if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears fraudulent.

Guests must follow staff instructions, safety guidance, and house rules at all times.

We reserve the right to stop a session if behaviour creates a safety issue or damages property.
